FAQS

Here are some questions we have come across over our years of handling commercial projects.
  • Q: What is the difference between furniture refurbishing and full reupholstery?

A: Refurbishing is a holistic overhaul that addresses both the structural woodwork (cleaning, touch-ups, regluing, wood refinishing) and soft furnishings (padding renewal, fabric re-covering), whereas reupholstery focuses primarily on springs, foam, and fabric.

  • Q: How do you treat furniture damaged by smoke, pets, or moisture?

A: We thoroughly strip degraded foam and batting, sanitize and seal the inner hardwood frame with odor-blocking primers, and reconstruct the piece using fresh hypoallergenic materials.
